Cricket Wireless News – “Cricket to Expand Coverage in Southern Texas”

Cricket already has excellent coverage in Southern Texas including major metropolitan areas such as Houston.  In fact, we believe that the lone star state has some of the best coverage Cricket has to offer.  Apparently that isn’t good enough for them!  They are expanding at a rapid pace and racing to increase coverage and improve service areas.  Cricket’s parent company Leap Wireless will combine with former competitor Pocket Communications to expand service areas, ” San Antonio to Laredo and in the Rio Grande Valley covering more than 4.4 million covered potential”.  This is great news for current Cricket Wireless subscribers.  If you aren’t already a subscriber in southern Texas you might just want to jump on the train and see what is so great about this unlimited cell phone provider.  (Full Story)
