Cricket Samsung u340 Refurb for Cricket Wireless is commonly the most affordable entry level cell phone in Cricket Wireless’s line-up. There is certainly a reason for that… The refurbished Samsung u340 mobile phone is nothing special. It is about as basic as a clam-shell comes. Even the ultra basic Cricket CAPTR is an upgrade from this unit. If all you need is a simple reliable phone to make phone calls and send the occasional text then this phone might be for you. If you need it for anything more then look elsewhere! The phone has no special features such as multimedia capabilities, bluetooth, or full keyboard. Essentially the only extra it has is a barely usable front facing camera. Let’s just say that if you take a picture of something and MMS it to your friend it’s a 50/50 chance your friend will be able to make out what it was. Our advice is that if you can spare the extra couple of dollars you should upgrade to a nice new handset.
